  • HELINA BAZAAR FOR ONLINE SELLING” maintains the https://helinabazaar.com/ Website (“Site”).
  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
  • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
  • ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
  • ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’
  • ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’
  • ‘’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’’

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Helina Bazaar provide all listed services on the website as “in-person” or “online” mode and since these are ‘intangible” products do not comply with shipping.
  • All services listed with Helina Bazaar are ‘non-tangible’ products thus do not comply with ‘damaged goods’ or manufacturing policies’, but are services provided in person or online thus only comply with ‘customer satisfaction’
  • All “Payment Confirmation” is shown online while making online purchases accompanied by EMAIL confirmation and a purchase invoice. Once payment is done online, along with an online confirmation an ’email’ is also sent to the client within 24 hours of such payment. (Customers are requested to maintain all invoices with them in case of any dispute.)
  • Disputes if any will be governed by laws of UAE and will be settled in courts of Dubai, UAE.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Helina Bazaar maintains and updates the refunds and cancellations as per locally prevalent policies and does not discriminate against anyone in any manner.
  • All services listed with Helina Bazaar are ‘non-tangible’ products thus do not comply with ‘damaged goods’ or manufacturing policies’, but are services provided in person or online thus only comply with ‘customer satisfaction’
  • Any cancellation of service by Helina Bazaar is either refunded in full (if payment is done in advance) or ‘rescheduled’ for FREE as per customer satisfaction.

NO REFUND for walk-in ‘Booking’

  • ALL REFUNDS if applicable will be done within 10 – 15 working days to the original mode of payment (the working days for refunds will depend on Banks Policies and credit card issuing banks and local/government holidays)
  • Transactions made in currencies other than AED will incur appropriate FX charges while ‘Booking’ and ‘Refunds’, these FX charges are regulated by banks and have no bearing on Helina Bazaar.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION 

  • All information disclosed within sessions and the written records pertaining to those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission except where disclosure is required by law. Your therapist will use their clinical judgment when revealing such information.
